  • My wife and I were moving into our next house, when we decided to have all of the floors cleaned prior to moving in. We had tile downstairs, carpet up the stairs, and carpet in all rooms upstairs. For the most part, we thought the carpet was in good shape. The house is only two years old, so how bad could it be? WHOA! After the work that Epic did, you could tell how much more fluffy and soft the carpet got. There was zero residue or smell left behind. Just a nice fresh feel to the carpet. The downstairs tile was the big change. We have a grey tile with light grey grout. You could definitely see where the previous owners had furniture. The grout looked almost white. After Epic was done, we had nice clean grout lines and completely refreshed tile surfaces. What made me push for a 5-star rating...? They even pulled the appliances out to clean the tile back there! C'mon... who does this? EPIC DOES!! THANK YOU!
