I have to admit I was crazy skeptical when Mike came to my door a few days after moving in to our new house. A quick Google search turned up nothing but terrible reviews like the others on this page, but I gave him a shot anyway and had a nice conversation.
After inviting him in and talking for a few minutes about our options, Mike made a soft sale pitch and left the ball in my court. No pressure. He even helped schedule a next day install.
When the installation technicians arrived the following day there was a slight air of sales pressure, but nothing out of the ordinary. I'm not a huge fan of up-selling techniques and haggling, but I understand that it works for some companies. After getting over that mild annoyance and telling the techs that I wasn't interested in any upgraded plans they were prompt with setting up the system and showing us the ropes.
My initial expectations for Safe Haven were about as low as it can get, but based on how poor the previous Yelp reviews are, Mike and his team appear to have righted the ship. Let's hope this isn't just a fluke!
