  • Perry was very helpful even had a conference call with my wife. We've had great compliments on out turf and my son and dog love it. However, the installation company, Infinity Concepts, is another story. It's unfortunate I cannot find Infinity Concepts. I was very dissatisfied with them. They're based out of Arizona and sub contract into Las Vegas. Met with the foreman, Omar who came over the day prior to scout the area. Had appointment set for 10 am next day and was bumped to noon, no biggie. Also noticed when he came over he wasn't wearing an Infinity Concepts shirt he was wearing another company's clothing. Noon came and went, received call at 1220 stating their an hour behind. Uh....okay. Supposed to get call when in route. 130pm, then 230 pm, finally 3 pm and no call. Call AGL who reaches out to Infinity Concepts returned call 10 minutes later. Owner states he'll call his guy. 10 minutes after that, installer calls stating he's in route. Finally gets here at 4pm, not happy!!! They start work, I call owner and all I get for compensation in $100 off for my trouble. Huh.....what....between 4 to 6 hours late and $100 bucks is all I get? Turf is done, looks nice. Installer says he'll stop back next day. Sure happy I didn't hold my breath. No call no show. You'd figure they would use new steel nails all around? Nope, found over a dozen, used rusted nails securing the turf. Ended up taking out the old and putting new in myself. And still no return call from Infinity Concepts. I give 5+ stars to AGL but Infinity Concepts would get zero!!!
