  • Horrible experience....extremely disorganized, people turning in cars and those cars going right to the next person. Insurance company uses Hertz. Called to get picked up from auto body shop - hertz transferred me to three different locations to get someone to pick me up at the auto body shop - never use hertz! One hour and still dealing with these people!!!!
