  • This review is for Felly... I wen't to try out their benefit brow bar since i've heard soo many good things about, and let me tell you, I will NEVER return there! I went in there specifically asking her to ONLY clean around my brows, and not to mention I made it very clear to her I didn't want any reshaping done. She reassures me that my eyebrows were perfect and didn't need any reshaping done, so she left it at that. SHE DID NOT LISTEN! She went ahead and did whatever she wanted to my brows. She made a brow higher than the other, she separated my eyebrows soo far from in between, she thinned them out far too much, and still manages to leave soo many hairs behind. My eyebrows look terrible!!! They looked WAY better before she touched them! I've never ever had such an awful experience like this. Never going back!
