  • Do NOT use this company. The contract is A FRAUD!! We used this company last Dec. to clean up the air ducts. The tech. was very talkative (Mimi, I bet we had the same guy) and talked me into signing a 4 year contract with him. I paid nearly 900$ . Before I gave him the check, I asked him many times what the contract includes. He told me clearly that each year they would come clean up the air ducts, test the mold (treatment if necessary) and even clean the filters. He even told me that I would receive a postcard in the mail from them to remind me of the service before the next service date. Well, I never got it nor a call. I called them and was told there was no record in their system and they would call me back later after they check the file. We set up an appointment anyway but never got a call about our record or a confirmation call . I waited till the day and called them in the morning just in case they would not come. guess what. The other gilr said we were not in the computer and rescheduled my appointment to the 9th. 10 min later after I talked to her, a guy showed up and wanted to test the mold. I told him that I paid for yearly cleaning and mold test . He left and came back on the 9th and told me I had to pay 110$ to clean up the air ducts. I started to realize that they took my money and were not willing to fulfill the contract. I tried to call them many times since but no one took our issue seriously. The guy who sold me the contract refused to come back or call me. They told me that they would call me back but never did except once with no real solution but then nothing again. I am the customer here who trusted them a year ago and paid big money up front for their service which they refuse to deliver now. They left me no chioce after so many phone calls from my side trying to solve the issue but no success. Finally I filed a formal complain to the Better Business Bureau today (WWW.BBB.COM) and hopefully BBB will help solve the case. If not, I will go to "3 on your side" then a court to get my money back. This company is dishonest , untruthful and unreliable. I will tell anyone I know not to fall into their trap again. If you see the post, you know you can file a complain agaist this company at BBB. I will keep updating the status here once we get the feedback from BBB. I recommend you to do the same.
