| - I honestly was blown away by how much this little snoball shop impressed me. To say they beat Bahama Bucks is a vast understatement. The syrups are made with cane sugar, leaving a pleasing aftertaste. Plus, they carry thrifty ice cream (my favorite). The toppings at this place were what sent me over the moon though.
TIP #1: Really take some time to decide what flavors would go well together. Think of real deserts to inspire your shaved ice treat. If you can't come up with anything creative on your own, go with the recommendations on the chalk board.
I wasn't thrilled with the concoctions my fiancé and dad came up with, but they seemed to enjoy them. However, everyone absolutely adored what I ordered- butterbeer (cream soda and butterscotch) sno, stuffed with thrifty vanilla ice cream, topped with caramel sauce and homemade bourbon-vanilla marshmallow fluff. It was a desert unlike any other.
TIP #2- WHATEVER YOU DO, pay the extra dollar and get the homemade bourbon-vanilla marshmallow topping!!! You won't regret it. It adds another dimension of flavor and texture that is simply incredible.
I can't wait to come back and try more flavors. Birthday cake with sprinkles and marshmallow fluff sounds amazing. It's silly, but I wonder if I will be able to force myself to order anything else besides what I got tonight, it was THAT GOOD.

UPDATE: I came back within 24 hours (hahaha I know, I'm obsessed) and got the Birthday Cake sno like I talk about above. It was delicious, but the Butterbeer creation is still my favorite. The owner is super friendly and had me try a sample of the Mardi Gras King's Cake, which was really good too!
