  • Believe the reviews! This office is awful. I made an initial appointment for my son. Over the phone I gave all my insurance information. The employee said she would verify my insurance & confirm the appointment. A few days later, I received a text confirming the appointment. Today, we went in for the appointment & the girl behind the desk said "we don't have you scheduled for today or tomorrow." I showed her the text & asked if it was sent from this office. She said Yes. She then asked for my insurance information so she can verify coverage. Hello...wasn't this already done? The office staff is clearly incompetent & rude. The office is small & had an odd odor. I told the employee I was not comfortable here & told her we were leaving. Stay clear. As an adult I wasn't happy at all, how do you think our kids feel?
