  • This summer, it was June or July, I called Mark about upgrading my old, clunky computer. It is now November, and I am still so thrilled with the work Mark did that I'm taking the time to write a review. Mark took the time to really listen to my needs (half professional, half gaming), he offered suggestions, and then he did some of the most brilliant strategic shopping to keep the cost of parts low. His rates for labor are more than acceptable, and he is also a genuinely nice person (even my cats like him!). RAD Computers more than met my expectations - they exceeded those expectations. I have now moved out of Mark's service area, but I would make the 45-minute drive to work with Mark again when it comes time to re-upgrade my machine. Professional, kind, astute, and trustworthy.
