My third trip back to Craftsteak confirms this is my new favorite steakhouse in LV. My previous fave was SW Steakhouse but this place has definitely grown on me. The dry aged ribeye (med-rare) is consistently cooked to perfection (slightly bloody) and the flavor always gets high marks. The only real questionhere is what sides to get. The sautéed mushroom variety is surprisingly good but the dinner rolls are enough to fill you up before the steak. The service is pretty good and the attire is casual so you don't have to get really dressed up. Reservations are a must.
