When I first heard about this place, I thought it would be like a Sizzler with an oven. They give you the dough and then you just load all the toppings on yourself and then they cook it for you. While I still think that would be a better idea, this isn't too bad either.
It's like Subway with pizza. There are so many options and so many toppings that there really should be something for everyone here. You probably can't go wrong once you find the right pizza.
Why three stars then? Because I don't like thin crust. I want a pizza, not a tortilla. There should be dough and it, by definition, should be DOUGHY. I know the concept wouldn't really work if they did thicker crust pizzas but I would be willing to wait 20 minutes for a good crust. I also marked them down for their red sauce. It just didn't have any flavor to it. Just tomato sauce, plain and simple.
I'll go back to try something different but my Hawaiian pizza was not up to my normal standards.
