rev:text	Very unorganized in my opinion. I think they just moved locations in the mall. There were boxes everywhere in an already cramped place for it being so busy. We made an apt for 11 am knowing that the kids (a 1 month old a 3 month old and 4 year old) would be awake fed and in a good mood. We arrive around 10 45 and checked in and was told it would be about a 20 min wait.... nope they finally took us back at about 12 15. Both babies were asleep and my 4 year old was complaining about her pretty dress being itchy so none of the kids were happy. What's the point in making an apt if there's just going to take people as they come. People who make apts should be seen first especially when working with kids Once we started our pics it felt like they were rushing through because there were a million people waiting. The prices are crazy. We ended up getting just the cd (order pics somewhere else it's way cheaper) 300 dollars for a canvas is ridiculous and I had a coupon for 40% off of a high resolution cd but when we got home and loaded the pics you could see all the red blotches and things on the kids faces. It didn't look like that when we viewed the pics in the store so I doubt the cd was high res and we still paid 90 dollars for it. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is for the girls working there. Even tho they were busy they were polite and worked well with the kids. They need a better system and though the girls were nice I won't be going back
