  • I won't be coming back to this lady. She was unprofessional over all, when I made the appointment, I made it clear that I need both mani and pedi. Before I arrive, she started texting me to ask me to get there earlier I told her I'm in a meeting, but I'll be there as scheduled. She continued to send text messages. As I told her that I like to do the French nail, she said that she couldn't do it because of lack of time. I was unpleased with what she was doing. She couldn't even do a simple color polish nail or acrylic. She recommended this stupid poser dipping nail thing that a seven year old could do the job. A complete scam!!! She said she doesn't have enough time to do a french as I wanted. When she started doing my nail, she started to yelled at this guy who she claim as a friend. She was pretty much yelling at him what to do to prepare for be next guest. She was so mean to the guy. He started to yell back at her. The whole experience was just awkward and darn right stressful. I told her in advance before she started about my skin condition and nail that they are very thin that my skin crack easily, please don't grind my nail with those power tools she's got. She didn't even soak my hands at all, she just went strait to grind my skins off because she was in such a rush at the end. I ended with a nail I dislike. I had to put a stop to her. The next day, I am in so much pain. Never again!
