  • Very good service. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and understanding. They helped me rectify a significant issue on my new account, going above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected properly. This is a real Verizon corporate location, not an 'authorized retailer' (which I suggest you avoid at all cost).
