rev:text	RBC is... actually was my favourite bank. I was loyal to them since I was 14 and now 10 years later I regret making that decision. The location at 200 Bay Street was my branch in regards to taking out my first mortgage loan as a first time home buyer. I had the worst experience and because of it I am switching my mortgage once the term expires. I received a survey in regards to my mortgage experience and I indicated for a brand manager to contact me due to the low rating I gave them.. 1 month later still no response. Quite disappointing...
