  • I've been taking my dog here for 2 years and recently got a puppy that I take here too. I think Dr. Hatch is an amazing vet and has the best bedside manner. He always seems so excited to see you dog(s). However, recently I find the receptionist, assistants/techs to be not so nice. They're always rude or have smart attitudes. I have Nationwide pet insurance. One of my coworkers goes to a vet in Surprise that does the paperwork for them and sends it in. When I asked about that here the response I got was "ok......no". I also had to ask for my puppies appointment for a second round of shots. Normally a vet office will tell you and make the appointment right then. I won't be going back since I'm not fond of the staff.
