  • Let me add my voice to the long list of unhappy customers. Called today to schedule service on my 2015 Transit. Spoke to Vicki who was helpful but she transferred me to Marna in order to set up an appointment. No answer so I left a message. NO RETURN CALL. This first impression just reinforces and validates all the negative reviews.... I will spend my money somewhere else.
