  • I have been going to this location for at least 14 years... My first time was a team event when I worked at Discover card and then personally countless times. As a Mom now I love going and creating things with my child's handprints... The last trip we made was a month ago and we had a great young girl helping me doing handprints for my young toddler. She was patient and kids, considering we had to do redo's. In the past in doing children's handprints there were times where my children were not present due to the time of painting and doing a lot of painting... So i was charged a bring paint home and then again a studio fee the next day to drop off my projects. I disagree with that, if you already paid your studio fee and just dropping off a completed projected, you should just be done and not charged again. I few times I had the girls understand my stance and they gave me passes. One other time of doing a very detailed clock, told the girl my intentions, paid in advance for the clock and completed it. When I picked it up it was not put together as a clock and when it was realized that it was supposed to be a clock and not just a plate, they only offered for me to redo a piece I took 3 hours to paint. I was upset and asked for a refund because I didn't have the time to redo the project... And after getting approval for refund, they apologized that the person working didn't know they needed to drill the hole for the clock before firing the piece for the clock. Otherwise... Thanks for the girls for always being kind!
