While Spensers has good prices and lots of inventory, stay as far away from their service and extended warrantys as you can. We purchased the extended warranty and what a mistake that was. First off they tell you they emailed you a contract that you never got or signed. If you dont believe me look on Better Business Bureau for Centurion warranty service aka Sentinel Service Corp, Principal Richard Biederbeck (also owner of Spensers). Look at the complaints on-line and you will see the same line, we mailed you the contract. I believe this is a scam. We have a Spensers appliance with the extended warranty that has not been repaired, is non functional and the answer is to keep sending techs out to fix it. 2 months without a fridge! Sorry those are the facts as I see them. Paid warranty service is just not backed with good faith to repair ,replace or refund.
