  • Excellent first impression...amazing service! We were left alone a bit to wander the property & get some ideas...and then approached by employee Nick! Nick listened to what we were looking for, asked fact finding questions to get a feel for what we wanted and asked specific questions about size. He showed us several options & really took into consideration what we were looking for as far as blooms, shedding, overgrowth, non ground cover etc. Can't say enough about the time he spent on us ( in 110' weather!) walking from one end to the other and showing us different aged trees of the same kind. We walked out with 2 trees and 5 bushes and will be back for more this weekend! He also helped load our vehicle and told us how to properly plant our items so they don't go into shock. If I could give more stars I certainly would! :) ps....we visited Moon Valley Surprise and would never go back. They did not want to listen nor take a walk to physically show us items...they did alot of pointing and sitting. Definitely treated like customers are a dime a dozen. Elgin is the way to go!
