  • Fidelity National sent them to me to fix my water heater. The first time they came they replaced the heating elements. A month later the unit shorted out. Fidelity sent them out again to replace the heater. They came and claimed some bogus $125 charge for a modification required for the new heater. When I questioned the charge the tech left and they refused to make the service call. They are extortion artists. Use them at your peril.
