  • I've tried to call them using my interpreter service as I am deaf. They hung up twice. Rated 1 for no services! I could of been a regular as I live very close by but how can I judge that when I get nothing done? ---- Update: I stopped by the store yesterday and informed them of the phone call. I was able to make an appointment for today noon to get it permed and styled. I arrived twenty minutes early. Instead of waiting, the front desk brought me to a nice closet where I put on a robe and she hung my coat in the closet. She was really friendly. Short description of my hair (I'm black): It was short, mixed of permed and natural hair. It was a huge mess and I was really embarrassed to show it to anyone. She simply looked my hair and went through it professionally. She asked me what I wanted and she honestly told me that it was too short to be relaxed. She didn't want to risk it. I was really impressed and devastated. She actually suggested me several salons that could do my type of hair. That's really honest instead of being greedy and risking things. I'm from the states where salons often do that heh. I decided to try to go natural after asking her for more feedbacks. She washed my hair, trimmed off the dead and permed hair. Shaved the sides. She did what I wanted and I was really happy. When I paid, the woman at front desk apologized about the phones and I really appreciated it. Went in scared as hell. Left with happiness!
