  • For months I went as a guest with my friend. It's great that your membership allows you to bring a guest at no charge. Then my friend went on vacation for two weeks and I decided to join. I knew I would be moving soon, so I told him that when I signed up. They said no problem, I would need to give 30 days notice. I signed up over the phone and never signed anything. Well, I put my house up for sale and sold immediately. I went in to cancel my membership and give 30 days notice. At that time I was told that I was on a one-year contract. Of course I was very upset, because I have never asked for that, and specifically said I was not interested in that. Tyler, the manager, called back within hours. I explained the situation to him. He asked what I would like. I told him that I'd like my membership to end with this month. He said no problem! I am very happy with the service I received!
