  • I like this place because their boarding is cheaper than anywhere else. $16/night. You can't beat it. BUT.... I don't like the woman who works there. She is bossy to the other employees and will carry on a personal conversation for like 15 minutes while I'm waiting to be helped. She is slow, just goes at her own pace with no regard for anyone else. AND she claimed that I never brought in my dog's leash when I brought her in because they don't have it back there and it wasn't marked on a page. I insisted that I did leave it there and that it was an expensive leash, but I figured there was no point in arguing if someone decided to rob me. I get a call the next day saying that she found the leash and that I can come pick it up. She DID apologize for the inconvenience, so I did appreciate that. But when I went in to get it, she hastily told me to shut the door behind me instead of greeting me and being nice. So I snapped that I was just there to get my leash and took off without a word. Customer service. Being friendly goes a long way. Someone needs to teach this lady a thing or two about that.
