If I could give them 0 stars I would. Joey the manager left us in the hands of a newby for 3 hours. We were given all kinds of incorrect information. Went to try and have them fix it and Joey refused stating I was still getting a good deal and should just pay my own cancellation fees. Tried to ask to speak with his boss. I was told he would call me. They would not give me the contact information. If you at looking to switch to sprint go to an actual sprint store do not go to a 3rd party dealer like Evolution. Worst mistake I have ever made. Hopefully Verizon will take me back. Sorry sprint!
