  • I've been on hold trying to reach an agent to ask about a question regarding a pick up and billing. Despite the "pleasant" music they have, I've been waiting for over 20 minutes without a hint of someone trying to pick up. I never had this issue when I was in California, I was hoping it would be the same here. I guess not.
