Nice car, nice price, HORRIBLE customer service. Their customer service training program consists of learning to repeat "Sorry, but there's nothing I can do to help you." Reading these reviews, it is not limited to a particular location. It is corporate-wide. My Chicago rental experience from Routes was as bad as any on here. Note that they will keep a $500 pending charge on your credit card WAY beyond the day you return it. It took my multiple phone calls on multiple days to both bank and Routes to get it straightened out almost two weeks after the return. On one of my calls to fix the problem, they hung up on me. And they wonder why I was angry when I called back. Ridiculous.
