  • We were in this area of Madison today. There were some positive reviews for the North Street Diner so we gave it a shot. Its deceiving when driving up. Kinda makes you wonder if this was a good idea. But inside its quite nice. Wood floor, ceramic tile, fresh lighting. The service was prompt. We sat at the counter on two of the four stools! Did I say this is not a large diner? We had the ham and cheddar quiche with fruit. Nothing fancy, just good food. Friendly service. A nice find. Oh yeah, we took a blueberry mini-pie to go.
