  • This is my normal place to go but haven't had the best experiences lately. The turnover is huge and the new staff are inexperienced and take way too long. I had a pedicure done last night, took 2 hours and not because it was well done. The very young girl working on my toes was very inexperienced and I had to keep waiting for someone else to come and cut out my ingrown toenail or to use the scraper on my heels. I had asked for a chair massage to sit while my toes were drying but it was done in the nail drying area which means it was more of a shoulder massage over and over and over for 15 min. You can only beat the shoulders so many times. This was rushed because even though I arrived at 6:40 pm I was leaving right at closing time 8:30 pm. All in all a big waste of time and I'll be looking for a new go to place.
