  • I had to move from this place because of a racist neighbor upstairs from me. The woman was not on the lease but would always stomp from the front to the back of the apartment when she got into a fight with her boyfriend this lady also called CPS on us saying our kids ate out the trash when they were at daycare and school until night fell and never really went outside. She also tried to put an injunction on us but we got that overturned. All while this was happening we complained to the managers who did nothing for about 8 months. The stomping use to wake my kids out of their sleep because she did it all day. After moving out they charged me $1500 because they said they had to pull up the whole carpet for high traffic volume on it and it could not be clean. Most of the reviews say they will charge you for anything when moving out and it's TRUE!!! I also had termites for a few months because all they did were patch the holes and not fix the problem. I just moved out of here 1/31/18 I moved in on 4/11/17 a short stay was all it took for me
