| - So, prior to our visit we waited for our confirmation letter of insurance.. Wheww, done deal.
Made appointment and filled out the paperwork, and could see us as early as Saturday !! Wow, we were thinking,, But then when our Sat appointment came in, they asked us for insurance AGAIN, so by this time we have our actual card and give it to them, they"appear" to verify something and give it back to us. Our appointment didnt go so well as there was no heartbeat, but all samples and bloodwork indicated my wife was pregnant, so we did a few more blood tests,, a week later when we should have gotten the results, we got a BILL from LABCORP and The Dr office, nothing went to Insurance ? WTF... ,,
Ok follow through a couple more appointments to make sure there is no embryo etc etc, and finally analysis, we ended up getting medication for "abortion" as there was no fetus in the sac etc etc,, on one of these appointments we bring the bill and our insurance card to them, and their reaction, OH, dont worry about it, we will bill the insurance company ,, as this happens a lot./...
almost 3 months later we are receiving all the bills, and currently on hold for over n hour, so i guess i have time to update MY review of the Goodman..
The Nurses and Radiologist / whoever does the ultrasounds were very nice and helpful,, but the STAFF that runs the appointments, office and billing must be making minimum wage as their performance and attention to detail reflects just that..
Never refer anyone here.. Check around please, if you dont want lasting headaches far after you have completed your visits..
Sad no Baby, Pissd still getting billed.. Waiting for this to hit our Credit report then we will file a claim..
