  • Stopped by Laxmi today to get some curry powder for the curried vegetable recipe that I was planning to make. The worker asked me what I was looking for and he took me straight to the curry. I looked at some of the goods that this store sells and I didn't recognize a lot of them. But that's okay because I like exploring other cultures, including Indian culture. For the same price of 1.7 oz of curry powder from Walmart, I was able to buy 7 oz! I used it to make my curried vegetables and they were delicious! During checkout, I bought a samosa and one other hot, deep fried vittle. They were tasty! I will stop in again because this place is close to home and I'd like to tray some of their vegetables.
