  • Poor customer service. The staff were a little rude and arrogant. In spite of our pre-booked "appointment", we had to wait for 20 minutes to be able to meet our "genius". And she didn't really help , wasn't knowledgeble enough and to top it, was impolite. She was unable to explain the issue we had with our iPad. She did suggest resale option though!
