| - I've now been coming to this location for about a year and a half and have always been satisfied, until my last 2 visits. On my last visit I received a mani/pedi. They ask you to remove your jewelry while being given your hand massage. So, I took my wedding ring off and placed it in the plastic bag they gave me. I then placed the bag on the tray next to me that had my phone sitting on it. After the girl was done and getting ready to put on my polish I went to grab my ring and it was not there! This girl is not the one who started my mani, so she went to find the one who did...she came back and simply told me that the other girl said I put it in my pocket. I told her that was not the case, but got up and turned my pockets out just to prove my case. She didn't seem very upset that I couldn't find it and just said sorry. My mom came back to where I was at that point and we began taking cushions out of chairs looking for the thing. Then a guy came by, I think he's the owner or manager, and he decides to look in the little trash cans they have...there it was. One of the girls had thrown my ring in the trash! I would like to give them the benefit of doubt and say it was an accident, but how do you pick up a plastic sandwich bag with a 3 ct. diamond ring inside and not notice the weight? After this visit I decided to still go back, because I would like to believe it was an accident and I have always had great experiences in the past. So yesterday I visited for a mani/pedi (this time leaving my ring in my purse) and while my pedi was divine, the girl doing my mani rushed the paint job and my nails do not look fantastic. I understand that it was busy, but she could have spent an extra minute or two on me making sure they looked great. Anyway, overall I have always had great experiences before now...I will be back, but not too many times more if I continue to have these kinds of visits.
