  • Wish I would have researched this company before I signed with them and gave them money for a number of policies. First off they only use one contractor to fix air conditioning and that's Sonoran. Found out that AHG owns Sonoran so there is a major conflict of interest. Wouldn't mind so much if they would have actually fixed my air conditioner but it took over 3 weeks and they keep coming up with new reasons as to why it isn't working. The home warranty company now wants more money since they say we have reached our cap - this is without having actually fixed the problem! Talked with owner, Chad, supervisor Javier and tech Juan and all are not owning up to the fact they don't know how to fix the problem! This is a rental unit so we had to put our tenants up in a motel 5 times because of this situation. What a waste of time and money! We finally had to go to a different company (Air 1) not affiliated with AHG and pay out of pocket but it's working! The new company came out and fixed it within 24 hours of my first call. This review is for the Mesa, Arizona company only!
