Service is decent. Food portion is good, but food quality is average. The broth is on the salty side and not very hot. However, the main problem is the texture of the vermicelli in the pho. It breaks very easily and tastes mushy. It could be that they overcooked it or the quality of the vermicelli they get is bad. There are so many good pho restaurants in Vegas, but Jenni Pho is falling a little behind. P.S. The front door is very heavy.
