  • I am a 2013 Lincoln (loaded) MKZ Hybrid owner, purchased in my hometown of Detroit, before moving to Las Vegas, NV.....I immediately called Findlay Lincoln in Henderson, NV, to service & maintain my Lincoln and was guided to their location, by a very helpful service writer, Danny...My first and subsequent service experiences were excellent. When I saw the updated 2017 Lincoln MKZ and decided to order my 2013 replacement, there was no question of whom I would order through......so, July 13, 2016, I went to Findlay Lincoln and was introduced to Sales Specialists, Mark Sefcovic and Alan Rothenberg, who skilfully guided my 2017 MKZ order. We discussed exterior color, interior trim and all the tech and comfort options I was interested in. Both Mark & Alan made my ordering experience easy and thorough; I felt well served. Mark called several times, after the order was placed with Lincoln, to keep me informed and on September 5, 2016, Mark called to tell me my 2017 MKZ had been received at Findlay Lincoln that morning and invited me to come see it.....which I did....What a Beautiful Machine. I'm taking delivery on September 7 and am totally geeked like a 10 year old, though I'm approaching 75.
