  • HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!. This is Louis T. in Glendale, AZ. Repairman shows up, didnt even touch unit. took a photo, claimed its a solar system (its not) has a auxillary panel that feeds through same standard lines into a standard water heater. He claimed he was going to his truck to call American Home Shield and call me right back. HE LEFT! NO CALL! NO EXPLANATION! JUST GONE! This is a joke. I called their number, she (Alex) had no explanation, she told me to call home warranty to see if they know whats going on!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! DO NOT ACCEPT THEM FROM YOUR HOME WARRANTY! OH! He happily accept the $75 sevice call fee!!!
