  • Do Not use these people (Penske). They are incompetent morons. I had an appointment to pick up my truck guaranteed to be there, (appointment set 2 weeks earlier). It wasn't and they had no clue where it was and they didn't seem to give 2 shits about it. 1 hour later I ended up driving across town to get another truck because they still didn't have mine. Also, their truck calculator that is used to determine what size truck you need, DOESn't Work!!! It's way off!!!!!! I was even called the day before reassuring me my truck would be there the next am waiting for me,what a lot of BS. Very unprofessional staff a the way around!!!!!!!!!!!
