  • This is a Groupon I purchased so I could use it today, was about the WORST experience I have ever had. First, I got there at 12:50, and she got done with both the mani-pedi by 1:29 pm.. Yes, that is correct...just 39 minutes to complete BOTH! Ask any woman...that is unheard of, that's super fast! Second, again, you can confirm with ANY woman, they have ALWAYS had the manicurist CLEAN under their nails. She did not clean under either my finger nails or toe nails...that is a big no, no. Usually they use a curved object to clean under them, nothing...nothing. Then to scrub my feet, she used the smallest scrubber I have ever seen. It was 2" by 4", the smallest I have ever seen and in my opinion the most useless. I always hate when they describe it as a "spa" experience when they try to do your manicure in the pedicure chair. How uncomfortable is that? You have to grapple with the bowl they make you set on your lap, you're afraid to move your legs and your having to cross my arms over to the other side so she can do my nails. Why would that be a "spa" experience? So, uncomfortable. One of the many reasons I get my nails done is because I like them to push my cuticles back properly and if nothing else use cuticle cream. Well, she only pushed my cuticles back on my right foot, that's it. My left foot was not done and neither of my hands cuticles were taken care of. I took pictures of how poorly the job was done. Even my toes were not properly polished. You can see at the tips where she "filed" them down, and again poorly executed, because they are very uneven and there is no polish on the tips. I think the most disturbing part is, that she didn't clean under my nails, that is just gross. I should have known when I walked in...no other customers were in there. Again, how do you not clean out someone's nails, how do you fail to scrub their feet, how do you NOT push the cuticles back or at least cuticle removal cream?! So many errors, I don't think you have a license nail tech on-site. The other thing that might have been nice, if the water I soaked my hands in was warm and NOT just water. Give me some type of softener in there at least? Dawn? So disappointed, so grossed out and now I have to clean my feet myself.
