rev:text	Too many mistakes, new employees every 3-6months, every time I call someone new is managing my properties . The quotes for repairs are 4times more expensive, that if you hire someone yourself, the communication and administration is horrible, and they let my tenant leave without charging him for the repairs and I have to pay for the broken window. And they take 14 days to pay you after the tenant pay rent on the 1st of he month. Today is the 10th of the month and I was just told that my rent money is not going to be in my account for another 4-5 days. Worse management company, they give me more headaches than anything also. I had less problems managing my properties my self.
