Incredibly poor organization for an attraction that has been around 16 years. Your telling me that after ripping people off for all these years, you can't pave the lot or put lights on your exit and enter signs or give your parking lot guys flashlights? The event is arranged backwards in my opinion, plus there is no wifi near the entrance which is important if you want to buy tickets on your phone. The tiny entrance area needs a major remodel as it is way too small and that was only for a Thursday night crowd. By backwards, I mean the food and stuff should be outside and free (its only food right) and then the entry lines for the attraction should follow which would eliminate crowd congregating at the dusty entrance area. It won't happen because they are too focused on opening up other haunts across the USA and leaving quality control or customer happiness behind. This experience is totally the opposite of the way more organized 13th floor (same company). Oh, and the $5 coupons do not have an online code which forces you to try and wait in line to buy tickets....not a great thing for a company that touts buying tickets online to save time. They don't really want you to use the coupon it seems. Oh, yeah we never made into that mess luckily and saved a bunch of cash, but we would have spent it had this company not scared us away before we even entered. Boo on you.
