| - Short version: Tangela is the bra whisperer. If you want a great fitting, so go see her. I've gone from a E cup to a D cup (that's 4 cup sizes down!) and 8 inches in band size, so I know alot about bras. Tangela has provided the best fittings I've had through it all!
I know what Victoria's Secret is now. Her name is Tangela and she's at the Town Square location. Her customer service is beyond extraordinary and her fitting skills are magic.
VS was never my thing because they didn't carry my size, plus I have seen friends get some sloppy fittings. I recently lost a great deal of weight that took me down 4 cup sizes and a staggering 8 inch difference in band size in a short period of time. I normally had to shop at high end department stores, order my bras, or get custom made bras. They were not always attractive either. Since losing weight, I am now have a larger variety of options open to me. This particular store is large and has a great inventory of lingerie, cosmetics, and the PINK line. It is always clean and the staff have always been friendly to me, even when I was there with friends and obviously not shopping for myself.
I had a super frustrating experience at Soma and knew they had sized me incorrectly. On a whim, I went into VS to see what was available. I was paired with Tangela for my fitting. I explained my situation with my (then) current weight and goals, and what types of bras I liked. She took her time measuring me, had a thorough discussion about my expectations for a bra, and then brought a great selection for me to try. The fitting room was super busy, but Tangela manages the chaos like a pro, and yet somehow manages to make you feel as if you are her only customer. She even helped me get the most of my selections by planning ahead for my future weight loss goals. I've had some great fittings, but Tangela provided an all around superb experience. Definitely the best in town.
I returned to specifically see her last Friday (8/4) for another fitting. Tangela not only remembered me but also remembered my previous purchase. She again took time to discuss what I liked and disliked about my purchases, gave me a great fitting, brought me plenty of options, and gave me some great tips about adjusting to my new size. Tangela has really changed how I view VS and their products, as well as how I see the new me. Thank you, Tangela!
