  • Welp, one week in and I have found my new gym! You know when you just walk in somewhere and you feel right at home? That's this place. EVERYONE is so friendly and nice and welcoming and helpful! I can not tell you how many gyms I have been too and I walk around these classes looking clueless because I don't know what's going on. Not here! If the instructor doesn't help ( which he's always around helping) there is a friendly face close by to help you out. So happy I found you guys! Looking forward to many more sore days ahead with you! :) Oh and P.S. they don't kick you out if you are a few min late!!! Best. Gym. Ever!
