  • Food is really good. Customer service is horrible. Every time I call to place an order for pick up I am put on hold and forgotten about for at least 20 minutes. I understand that whoever answers may not speak English but that doesn't mean place someone on hold for such a long time. It's absolutely ridiculous. I just had to hang up and wait for them to realize they forgot about me on the phone before I could try to call back and attempt to order some food.
