  • Skinner who works at the front desk is rude and condescending. I joined my husband for a week stay here after giving birth to our son. I called the front desk on Tuesday and the woman whom worked fulfilled my request for breakfast to be brought to my room since I could not leave with my baby and couldn't even walk. She assured me that she would have food brought for the remainder of the week. I called the following day and requested the same thing and the desk attendee Skinner was rude and spoke to me like I was a POS. He said that he would do it but it would be the last time and not to call again. When I did call the following day, he was irritated and said we talked twice and I'm not going to do it, I told you. I tried to explain my situation but he rebutted and fed his ego to just say no. I will be speaking with the GM regarding the issue and Skinners fine ability to be a complete jerk.
