  • When we arrived at 6:30 we were told our room wasn't available. Check in is at 4. After many attempts to reach a manager, we gave up. Honestly the people at the front desk (a younger girl and guy) were extremely rude. As the face of this company and working with the public, I would expect a higher emphasis on professionalism. All in all the room was really nice but the shower head desperately needed to be changed as there was no water pressure.
