  • PHO HOUSE is the worst PHO in Etobicoke/Toronto; highly avoid!!! The Shoppers is great; 24 hrs!!! Bulk Barn BLOWS, so expensive, go to No Frills for most of that stuff; way cheaper. There is a lame bar and dollar store(s), overpriced Fruit Market. Busy Starbucks on the corner, and a revolving pizza joint (usually out of business...). Drive down the street to MEKONG RIVER if you want PHO; PHO HOUSE is awful.
