My daughter was very excited to visit this establishment for a birthday surprise. We had visited once before with her younger sister but the line was so long that we decided not to stay. Tonight we came back with her friend and without the 3 year old in tow.
We saw the line from outside and decided we were going to give it a try. After finding parking we walked past a crowd and went into the establishment and went to the end of the line. After waiting for about five minutes a man behind the counter got my attention by yelling across the crowd stating "did you just come in". Confused I advised that we had a few minutes before. He advised that they were closed and could not serve anyone behind the person in front of us and that we would need to leave. The way it was said was quite embarrassing. No apologies, no we are very sorry, just you need to leave. There was no closed sign or anything indicating they were no longer open. It was said in a manner where the 11 year old friend with us said "that was terrible customer service". Pretty sad when a 5th grader notices.
We have been to a similar establishment in Savannah and it was a tightly run ship which we will visit again on our next trip. Needless to say we will not be visiting this shop again.
