  • This company installed our door as a new build and the spring broke in under four years. In talking with garage door companies, including Lodi, they suggested that 2 springs be put on rather than 1. Well, why would they put 1 spring on initially? Other houses in our neighborhood have 2 springs instead of 1. When asked about this, the technician had every excuse in the book about why this could be different... When I assured him that all of the specifications were the same, he continued to provide me with excuses. Both my wife and I called separately and got an attitude from the person answering the phone, like we were an inconvenience to him...aren't you in customer service? Do not use this company, poor customer service and obviously poor products. I was quoted about $269 to replace spring(s) which guaranteed the spring for a year. Went with Affordable Garage Door in Chandler. Bill Clark was courteous on the phone and provided me with the cost to the penny on the phone. Saved $100 and springs carry a five year warranty!
